The firm has extensive experience in the area of estate and trust administration, including the settlement of complex estate matters, post-mortem planning, and the use of disclaimers. We prepare gift and generation-skipping transfer tax returns, federal and state estate tax returns. We also represent clients in tax controversies, including federal and state estate, gift and related income tax controversies.
We represent clients in probate, guardianship and conservatorship matters. Our attorneys also provide experienced representation of trustees, executors, administrators, agents and other fiduciaries.
