Trust & Estate Administration
The firm has extensive experience in the area of estate and trust administration, including the settlement of complex estate matters, post-mortem planning, and the use of disclaimers. We prepare gift and generation-skipping transfer tax returns, federal and state estate tax returns. We also represent clients in tax controversies, including federal and state estate, gift and related income tax controversies.
Probate Administration
We represent clients in probate, guardianship and conservatorship matters. Our attorneys also provide experienced representation of trustees, executors, administrators, agents and other fiduciaries. We handle simple as well as large estates which may consist of business interests, real estate, qualified retirement benefits and large investment portfolios.
